Situated in the Regional town of Geelong, an hour from Melbourne, the house is 15 minutes walk to Corio Bay, a beautiful North facing waterfront, cosmopolitan Pakington street cafe's and restaurants, 10 minute walk to the CBD, and at the gateway to the Bellarine Peninsula beaches and wineries, the Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles, Otway Ranges rainforest and Golden Plains winery regions. Geelong is perfectly placed to access some of the best Victoria has to offer. From the grand marble floor entrance, there is a sunny North facing music room with grand piano to the right and a formal lounge with open fireplace to the left. Three well appointed bedrooms along the grand hallway, the first with King size bed and marble ensuite, the other two double beds with shared terazzo and stunning leadlit luxury bathroom. Large glass double french doors lead to a sunny outdoor entertaining space with BBQ, outdoor sound system, and inground swimming pool with solar heating to cool off in the summer months. The home has a double garage with access from a rear laneway, full back to base security system, ducted heating and cooling, ducted floor vacuuming system, with the option to access certain wines in a well stocked wine cellar at a pay per bottle price. The swap includes access to the use of a diesel VW Golf wagon.

Please read the house manual at the beginning of your stay to ensure safety. Only licensed drivers allowed to drive vehicle.

Geelong is Victoria's largest Regional City. Only a short 1 hour drive to Melbourne CBD, or just over an hour by train, and soon to be completed fast train which will make the journey only 40 mins. Geelong is the gateway to the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula, with pristine sandy beaches and wineries galore. 20mins to the Surf Coast, famous Bell's beach and stunning coastal attractions. The Great Ocean Road and famous 12 Apostles can be easily done in a day trip. The house is placed perfectly central in Geelong itself, 10 mins walk to the CBD, famous cafe's and restaurants of cosmopolitan Pakington Street, the North facing waterfront where entertainment and restaurants are abundant. Only 20 mins from Avalon airport, where you can access other cities and towns around Australia or a 1 hour drive to Tullamarine International Airport you have the freedom to travel just about anywhere.
