House was built in 1995 by a cottage architect and business owner. It is a large 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 story house. The house includes many facilities; washer, dryer, stove, BBQ grill, microwave, 2 fridge, large basement freezer, partly finished basement with extra living spaces and extra beds. Each bedroom has a double bed, one with a queen. Separate private office space with computer use available. Jacuzzi bath is in one of the bathrooms. Large gardens surround house, with newly landscaped yards, goldfish stocked pond, and partly tree shaded deck. The backyard is completely private with a forest backdrop. Front is very quiet, with very little traffic, perfect for kids and pets.

The house is located in Gravenhurst, Muskoka; heart of cottage country. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. It is a 5 minute drive from a beach on Lake Muskoka, Taboo Golf Course, and Muskoka Sands Golf Course. it is a 7 min drive from the Town of Gravenhurst. The town is surrounded by great beaches, Muskoka Warf, the Segwun Steamship, many restaurants, an Opera House, and the historic Bethune House. It is a great location for everything nature related. You can find almost anything nature related to do, horseback riding, water skiing, boating, tubing, wakeboarding, hiking, biking, horseshoeing, golfing, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing.
