This enchanting and captivating setting is located on the beautiful shore of the Golfo de Papagayo on the Penninsula de Nicoya. Playa del Coco is the oldest fishing village in Costa Rica with sport fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, or island tours where you can see whales and turtles. The condo is a 5-minute walk to the beach and farmer markets where you can buy the juiciest fruits and the freshest vegetables. Local grocery stores and bakeries are within walking distance. The town has a premier super market, dozens of restaurants, discos, Internet cafes and shops. This condo is a short distance by boat to "Isla Del Coco" which has been nominated as one of the new "Seven Wonders of the World". Cocoâ€™s Island was recognized as a likely candidate due to the quantity of unique terrestrial and sea species found within the island and in its surrounding. Furthermore, it serves as a significant migratory passage for many endangered species such as dolphins, turtles, whales, and hammerhead sharks.
