With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with laundry Lachine, 1 full kitchen with Fridge, Microwave oven, Dish washer, 1 separated restroom, 1 living room and all-modern appliances (Cable TV, 1 CD player, 1 DVD player, high speed 30Mo internet access). NO SMOKING.
The great terrace is equipped with table and 4 chairs + 2 transats + BBQ and is exposed East/West/South.
The apartment has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 extra guests if necessary. This apartment offers a comfortable size for Paris area with a great view of La Defense Buildings. Close to public transportations, which can take you conveniently anywhere ie downtown Paris : near La Defense district (Finance District), near the train station (Becon Les Bruyères Station, 5min walk), not so far from the subway (Line 3, Pont de Levallois Station, 15min walk), gourmet and vines markets and shops.
Public transportation will take you 6 minutes by direct train to reach Saint Lazare train Station and 10 minutes by train and subway to reach the Champs Elysees Station.

This is a wonderful, family-oriented neighbourhood, completely safe. Like small village with many shops (vines, food, cheese, pasties bakeries, twice weekly markets, newspaper shops, coffee shops, as welle as supermarkets... 5minutes walk to train station. 10miuntes walk to “Ile de la Jatte” which is a nice and wealthy residential area island with nice restaurants, fun in the summer for running.
