- Big living room : Cable TV, sofas, secretary with computer access, table for 8 to 10 persons.
- 1 terasse/Balcon with table and chairs.

1st floor with lift. Very calm and near downtown (3min to walk). 10 min walk to train station or by metro.
Access to airport by bus, the bus station is at 5 min walk.
One cat to feed (very easy) and to take care of the litter (twice a week).
