Anvers métro station is a 4 minute walk away and the Gare du Nord, 5 minutes away, offers direct links to Charles de Gaulle airport and the Eurostar to London and Brussels.
Located on the 7th (top) floor - there is a lift, the apartment has one double bedroom and sleeps two. It has been thoughtfully decorated in a modern yet warm style.
The front door opens directly into the living area (16ft6 x 13ft, 5m x 4m). Four large windows, both north and south facing, give a very light and airy feel. You will find a comfortable double sofa, 2 armchairs, a TV (with cable, CNN, BBC), a DVD player and broadband internet connection - you can use the owner's computer or bring your own laptop.
The bathroom is en-suite and has a bathtub with hand held shower, loo, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bedroom (13ft x 9ft10, 4m x 3m) has a double bed (4ft7, 1.40m wide) and ample storage space in a large cupboard. The window opens onto, and provides easy access to, the balcony which has a bistro table, chairs and a hammock. In the summer there are also several plants and flowers.
