My appartement is quite small (as most of appartements in Paris..). This is a 20m² studio, but it is very nice. This is my opinion, but all the people who already lived in agree on this point! It is also very quiet.
But its best point is the location: it is inside Paris (not in the suburbs) and very closed to Nation, a very big metro station. So from there, you can access everywhere in Paris very easily. Moreover the district is very nice.
