L'appartement se situe à 2 min à pied du métro Goncourt. Le quartier autour de Goncourt est très vivant la journée. Il propose une multitude de commerces. Le soir, ce sont les restaurants, les bars et les lieux de spectacle qui prennent le relais sur les commerces. L'appartement se situe près du canal Saint Martin, de République, du parc des Buttes Chaumont ce qui permet de composer d'inombrables balades dans notre capitale. De plus, une station de vélo au pied de l'immeuble permet de se déplacer dans Paris de manière plus agréable que le métro. The apartment is situated in a very pleasant and lively neighbourhood. During the day, there are lots of local commercial activities and fresh food markets. Close to Canal Saint Martin, Place de la Republique, and Park des Buttes Chaumont, there are plenty of opportunities to experience the local Parisien life. At night, there are lots of bars, restaurants and other entertainment venues located nearby on Rue Oberkampt, Rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, Place de la Bastille, just to name a few.
