Sitting on the balcony you will hardly know that you are in the middle of a bustling city!
My view looks on the street with the church and Park on the on side, on the other side on the green courtyard. A charming fleemarket on the Arkonaplatz on every sunday and a wholefood-freshmarket on the zionskirchplatz. I own this property.

My apartment is located in the fency, artic district of Berlin.
The street is between the Zionskirchplatz and Arkonaplatz(Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg), its very quiet and such familiar.
Close to artic, trendy places like the Hackescher Markt and Kastanien Allee, or to the Center of the city with museums, shoppingmiles and sightseeingponts.
5 min. to the tramline and subway to get to other District of Berlin.
there are lots of Cafes, Restaunrants, Galleries and Designershops around my apartment.
