Located in the historical center of Budapest on the central avenue "Korut Karoly", few step away from the pedestrian island "Vaci Utca" and the underground station "Deak Ferenc TERE", the only intersection of the 3 metro lines of Budapest. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.Externally the building comes in white travertine end of '800 and is under protection of the Department of "Fine Arts" of the Municipality of Budapest. The house is located to the fourth floor and is easily reached with a lift. Inside the building there is a porter. The accommodation is situated 100 mt. far from "Vaci Utca" precisely on "Karoly Korut", 150 meters from the underground stop and 100 meters from ASTORIA "DEAK FERENC TER" stop, well known because it is the only intersection of the 3 underground lines. The apartment is 80 sqm, ideal for 6 people, with 3 independent bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment was recently renewed, has large windows with double glazing, and enjoys excellent brightness and airy. It is warm in winter thanks to heating system and cool in summer thanks to the thick walls, the natural ventilation of the place together with a system of ceiling fan. Thanks to the location of the building, from the apartment you can see the majestic Gellert Hill, located on the Buda side of town. There are a total of 6 beds: one double bed and the other two can become 4 single or 2 double beds. The apartment is finished with parquet curtains (not common in Hungary); the double glazing windows (internal and external window), ensuring an excellent soundproofing.
