Simonscove House is a large (3,700 sqft) modern home built for comfortable family living with spectaclur uninterrupted views of the Atlantic ocean. This two storey house has five bedrooms, three double (two en suite), one childs room with two single beds and one baby room equiped with cot bed and all baby furniture suitable for a baby of any age. There is a large open plan area spread across two levels that boasts two fireplaces that includes the kitchen, a childrens play area, sitting room and dining area, office space with wireless broadband and a library. Outside the house has ample secure parking, a large garage with bicycles, three large patios with furniture for BBQ's and entertaining. All BBQ equipment is provided. The garden is enclosed to ensure safety for children and outdoor toys are provided.

Simonscove is a hotspot for locals and tourists alike. The natural coastline views of West Cork are spectacular all year round and are listed as one of the best walks for experiencing the natural beauty of West Cork. During the summer the beach and natural swimming pool are unique and right on the doorstep (literary! 20 yards to your Atlantic rock swimmingpool). Clonakilty (voted one of European village of the year 2007)is a ten minute drive (4 miles), this is one of the many popular tourist towns in the West of Ireland boasting award winning restaurants, music bars, galleries, museums, Inchydoney beach, horse riding, tennis, surfing. Clonakilty is one hour from Kerry and one hour from Cork city. The airport is 40 minutes away.
