A renovated 3 bedroom + a big livingroom, house with a garden overlooking a public garden. Quiet suburb of Tel-Aviv, just a block from the big park (Hayarkon). Lots of light, lots of blegian style windows, a big living room/kitchen/dining area and a spacious bedroom with the tub connected to it. The house has just been built and renovated a year ago. Concrete floor and parquet. Fully furnished. Hot water. Electric blinds. Internet acces, WiFi, printer and a computer. Washing and drying machine, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher... etc...

A very quiet suburb which is in urban renwal. With young families and students, lots of pets. The house sits on a beautiful public garden which leads to a small shopping centre. Very close to Tel-Aviv's main park, great to go by bicycle.
