100 sq. m. flat + 40 sq. m. terrace, located in a very central area of the city with near public transportation (buses, funicolari, subway). Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and nice terrace with plants and amaca. The apartment is at the third floor (with elevator) of a nice ancient building of the 16th century with a 18th century facade. Pets allowed (we have 2 cats). We also own a swappable house in the island of Procida, at 5 min. walk from the beach. AVAILABLE FOR NON-SIMULTANEOUS SWAP

The flat it is 1 minute walk from via Toledo - one the most important street for shopping - 5 minute walk from the touristic harbour where it is possible to get the boats to the Islands (Ischia, Capri, Procida) and to the Costiera Amalfitana, 5 minute walk from major historical sites like the Royal Palace, Piazza Plebiscito and the Opera Theatre of San Carlo). Also near to train to Pompei.
