It's an incredible building, with elevator, personal security, pool, gym area, and amenities area.The apartment has a very nice view because it is in the 16th floor of the building, so you can see the lagoon and the beautiful sea in the horizon, the ubication its very exclusive because this tower its upstairs from the Las Americas Fashion Mall (exclusive door to enter to the mall) and in front of the new Malecon, and you are in one of the principal streets to go for the hotels zone. It's a fully furnished apartment with all basic needs. 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a complete bathroom, and a little closet. Also it has air conditioning exclusive for the room, and one external for all the apartment. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove and gas dryer, microwave, blender and kitchen tools. It has a breakfast room for 5 persons, tv, and a sofa-bed, so you can see the terrace with a dining balcony. Curtains protection against hurrican.

El piso cuenta con una excelente vista ya que se encuentra en el 16vo piso del edificio, se puede apreciar la vista de la laguna y el mar en el horizonte. La ubicacion es totalmente exclusiva ya que las instaciones se encuentran encima de la plaza Malecon Americas(con puerta exclusiva para acceder ), enfrente del nuevo Malecon (rambla, paseo) y esta en una de las principales avenidas para entrar en la zona hotelera.
