The house is well located within 47 Km from Santander Airport, 140km from Bilbao Airport and 430Km from the capital city Madrid. Beautiful sandy beaches are only 15km from the house. In a rural area, yet 3km from Cabezón de la Sal where you have access to all commodities, local market (Saturdays), 18km from Torrelavega and 43Km from Santander, the capital of Cantabria. The house stands alone and has its own garden and is organised in three floors: ground floor: entrance hall with a door to the garage (converted in a laundry room, storage, houses 4 bikes), kitchen, toilet with shower, TV room, family room with a fireplace and a covered porch where is the dinning room.
