Landhaus

The house we offer to exchange is a single family home newly built, large and very welcoming. It is located in a rustic area (but 5 minutes from beach), on a former breeding ground of 1300 meters squares. The exterior is red brick with a porch with arches, many windows and lots of natural lighting. The interior boasts double height living room - dining room. The floor of dark wood brings warmth. The rooms are large and all with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes or dressing. The kitchen is large, very bright, with views of the mountains and the sea. We also have a "Beertender" for cold beer ... The master bath has a whirlpool bath. It also has two offices, one library, and both connected to Internet. Magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. Our house is situated 17 km from the capital of the island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Being in a semi-rural, and it is a single family home, we have only 2 neighbors.

Umgebung

We are 5 minutes from the town of Candelaria, which houses the Virgin patroness of the Canary Islands and which has all the necessities: health center, supermarkets, shops, recreation areas, boardwalk, etc. (all open 7 days a week). The village also has sand black beach, typical of the islands. The proximity to the mountain (pine forests) makes it easy to access walking and being in touch with nature. Access to any point on the island is fast, because 1 km from our house is the main highway that connects any point. Also available 2 bikes and 2 sea kayaks. We also have an apartment on the island of La Gomera (check availability). We have 2 cars, an SUV and a minivan family (7 seats). This year we are looking for 2 weeks in July. In future years seek a trade for Christmas, or Easter. We are 3 (for now): Hilda (age 37) Professor of Geography and History in a private school of secondary education, Hector (38) Professor of Mathematics at the same school and teaching assistant director, and Hector (3 years). We love to travel and adapt to any room. We usually go caravan camping around Europe. We like a lot of activities in nature.
