This 120 m2 apartment with classical planning of Austrian epoch is located on a very quiet and green street in 5 minutes walk from touristy places. The place was fully renovated in 2016 and functionally designed for a family to live and enjoy. All the antic elements (wooden windows and doors, ceramic stoves) were restored with love. Huge kids room of our daughter full of toys won't live any kid indifferent. Home office with large desk and convertible couch is a dream destination for working. Bedroom with the double bed is cosy and romantic. There is a big individual bathroom with the bathtub one gets to from the bedroom and a smaller one with the shower close to kids room. Enormous living room is a common space to gather together for all kind of entertainments. Kitchen is equipped with SMEG appliances, there is also laundry machine and dryer by Miele. The tap water is drinkable as special filter is installed to provide it. There are two balconies: one on the historical facade and another one, on the kitchen side is facing a botanic garden with rare trees.

There are no specific rules out of the frames of reasonable and civilized behaviour. ;) Smoking on the balcony, not being too loud at night. But first of all enjoying yourself.

Umgebung

The street is very quiet and green but also very central. 10 minutes walk from all places of touristy interest. There is big sport club in 5 min walk and the best park in the city in 10 min distance. Bars and restaurants are never too far in this city.
