The ultimate retreat, this home features ocean and canyon views with 2 acres of landscaped gardens and majestic oak trees. Additional features include 2 outdoor barbeques, 3 fireplaces, solar heated pool/jacuzzi, a chef's kitchen complete with Wolf Range and SubZero refrigerator, and a wine cellar. A large master suite overlooks downtown Santa Barbara & Goleta, two additional bedrooms feature views of the backyard. There is a TV viewing room and a large living room for entertaining. Walking distance to parks, but a car is recommended. The garage has been converted to a game room complete with bar, billiards, darts, poker, table tennis (ping pong) and a 52" plasma TV, and has pull-out queen sized bed. Wireless internet is available.
