In historic New Hope, Pa next to Delaware River. The town is a tourist destination due to its live theatre and entertainment plus many shops, galleries, and over 100 restaurants. The house is just two short blocks to main st. and the house itself is a fully restored 1840 colonial house with two balconies and a garden overlooking a beautiful bridge and stream. The house is set up as a two family with three bedrooms above and a one bedroom apartment below. Either or both can be rented.
