Our home was built in 2016 and is located on 1-acre in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the heart of Santa Fe. We have an extensive yard and patio making it the perfect place to spend time outdoors in Santa Fe's mild climate. Our interior space is comfortable, clean and bright. Our home is located in a somewhat rural area, yet is within a short distance of stores and restaurants (just a few minutes to drive or bike). We are within a 5-10 minute car ride from the historic downtown Santa Fe Plaza and Railyard. We are also within a 5-10 minute car ride from the Sangre de Cristo foothills where there is abundant hiking and biking. We also have a common arroyo or wash within a few hundred yards of our house where you can walk and bike.
