Two story contemporary with cathedral ceiling and open kitchen-living room. Currently having kitchen remodeled with modern appliances. Den with treadmill and exercise bike on a trainer. Washing machine and dryer on first floor, as well as 1/2 bath. 2nd floor has two full baths with shower; one with shower and tub. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom has king bed; the other bedrooms have a queen bed and dressers. Backyard is fenced and spacious. Water access right across the street--we have access to 3 kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards. We have a beach/park in walking distance right on the Chesapeake Bay!

We are 25 miles from Washington DC and all the museums. We are 26 miles from Baltimore. The house is 7 miles from downtown Annapolis, the Mall with 12 movie theatres and 300 stores. The Naval Academy is 7 miles from our front door. New York City is a 3 hour train ride!
