Passive solar design features excellent southeast exposure, the house is very light and airy. Local hardwood ash flooring and marble tile with radiant heat. Large back deck with outdoor dining table (seats 8). The house comfortably sleeps six, a 7th person could use the living room couch. All new appliances and high speed Internet.
