Included: boat mooring, kayaks, mountain bikes, beach equipment, private dock, bbq, secure building, gym w/excellent equipment, and parking space. Quiet building with friendly neighbors. Sit back and relax on the deck, watching migratory birds, yacht club races, or soaking up the sun. We love living here and our guests love to come and visit.

Thriving downtown (1 mile) has an exciting mix of restaurants, community events, bars, Garde theater, and a great local music scene. 1 mile from Eugene O'Neil Theater and Ocean Beach State Park (kid and adult friendly w/calm water, waterslides, arcade, Carvel ice cream store, bar/restaurant and boardwalk). 20 minutes to Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, and MGM Grand casinos. 1 mile from Amtrak Train station: frequent trains to Boston and New York City (2 hrs.). 1 mile from Long Island ferry, Fisher Island ferry and Block Island ferry. 10 minutes to Bluff Point State Park--nature paradise of hiking, mountain biking and birdwatching. 15 minutes to the Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium.
