Located directly on the dunes of Cape Cod bay with panoramic views of the Brewster Sand Flats and Breakwater Beach. Direct access to private section of Breakwater Beach. The house has two Bedrooms downstairs and a full length bunk room upstairs which sleeps up to eight. It has 1 and 1/2 baths, a large outdoor shower and a large wrap around deck. The cottage sleeps two and has it's own bath, a kitchenett, an outdoor shower, a deck and a widows walk on the roof.
