Cast iron chimenea for lovely outdoor fires. Original exposed woodwork. New roof in 2007, new front steps in 2010, kitchen and bath renovation in 2006. 5 minute walk to local shops and close to public transportation and access to main road. 20 minutes to Boston by car and 3+ hours to the ski mountains of Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. 45 minutes to Cape Cod.
